Free Flow

SOmething I wanted to do with Cit, I wanted her to have a slight redesign, you know, nothing like ungodly major, just something. And I wanted to do a energy flow on her hands, I messed with layers a bit and didn't want to do to much energy and make it look all cracked. The bg is just kinda there lol, but the red made the yellow energy show up more, I just kinda wanted something there so yeah its a funkeh bg.*snicker* ah be happeh with the picture.
